Natasha: 1993-2010

An amazing, beautiful, warm, brilliant, friendly cat I was extremely fortunate to call family and friend. She was my constant companion for almost 18 years and I am happy she was able to share Christmas with Kim and me.

I miss her dearly and always will.

Oh, that's so sad. I am glad she got to spend Christmas with the two of you. Even though she lived a good, long life, I will say of her what I say of all our animal friends: They live just long enough to break our hearts.

Best wishes to you from me, my family, and Nicky, Joey, Babusz, Scooter, Bowie, Thor, BlueBear, Rachel, Peaches, Amber, Spooky, and Homer.

My condolences also. I know how it feels to lose a dear friend. Best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year from me and Shana and Minka.

P.S. Give my best New Year's greetings to Sally, Ted, and Hil also.

Oh, how awful. I'm so sorry. I'm glad you had her through Christmas, all the same. If pets weren't so wonderful, it wouldn't be half so excruciating when they leave us. But then, we want them because they are so very, very wonderful.

Aw, man, I am so sorry...even when they live nice long lives, it's a sucker punch to the gut when they take off for the Rainbow Bridge.

That picture is priceless...kind of a "I'm going to poop in your shoes for this" look but still putting up with the crown. My cats would have treated it to a toothy death ;)

I am very sorry for your loss. We lost our cat of 18 years, Chelsea, this last summer. She was our last cat out of six. She always seemed the most frail, but she outlasted every other cat that came before and after her.

When the time came to put her down I had to explain to my daughter that, although animals are wonderful, eventually you have to say goodbye, and that is the hardest part.

I'm sure you gave her a wonderful life for 17 years. Always remember that.
